Goldcrest Views 2 is a thirty-nine story tower that offers a variety of freehold apartments and offices located in Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai. The Tower, designed around a rectangular plan, offers a spectacular lakeside and island view from the apartments, on all levels. The building has a bold, contemporary style with strong visual elements. The project has been completed and delivered.
GOLDCREST EXECUTIVE, DUBAI.
Goldcrest Executive Dubai is a residential and office tower in Jumeirah lake towers. This tower is a huge thirty-nine storied glass tower with half a million square feet of area. The total height of the building is 140 meters. The offices are located on the first 19 floors while the Apartments are located from 21st to the 38th floor.
PEARL RESIDENCY, KARACHI.
Pearl Residency is two state-of-the-art high-rise residential towers situated in the backside of Aga Khan Hospital in Block 14 of Gulshan e Iqbal, Karachi. It is in close proximity to the Civic Centre and Expo Centre. The project has been completed.

Al Najeebi Bazar Karimabad is located at Shahra-e-Pakistan, Main Karimabad, Karachi. The size of the project is 1511 Square Yards, which includes 475 Shops (100,000 sq ft). The project is completed and fully operational.

Al Najeebi Electronic Bazar, currently under developing, is a 17 story commercial skyline in Karachi on Abdullah Haroon Road, a prominent business location. The size of the project is 2600 Square Yards, which includes 990 Shops and 168 Offices (total covered area of 300,000 sq.ft.).

Giga Group in collaboration with Emaar started residential projects spread over an area of 386 acres in DHA Islamabad Phase II Extension. The project is named as Emaar Canyon Views, Islamabad. It comprises of modern luxury villas and Town houses. The first phase of development has been completed and villas are successfully handed over to the customers.
CRESCENTBAY, DHA KARACHI.
As a step forward in the strategic expansion plan, the Group collaborated with the Dubai based property developers Emaar Properties, one of the worlds’ leading developers, to create and develop projects in Pakistan. CrescentBay is a modern state-of-the-art project and is first of its kind in Pakistan, located in Phase VIII of DHA and is in close proximity to the DHA golf course. The project will feature high and mid-rise towers for residential and commercial use, a shopping centre and a five-star beachfront hotel. The land of the project is 108 acres and is reclaimed from sea. The group has successfully completed the land reclamation.
