Star Giga showcased Goldcrest Dreams Properties in The Local Property Show - Ajman

Star Giga Establishment participated in the R & R Local Property Show - Ajman as the Gold sponsor. The show was organized by DSL Exhibitions at Kempinski Hotel, Ajman UAE. The exhibition lasted for two days; Friday, Feb 8th 2008 and Saturday, Feb 9th 2008 from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
H.H. Sheikh Majid Bin Saeed Bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Head of the Ajman Amiri Court opened the show. He met with all the exhibitors and toured the exhibition stands. He was very pleased with the preparations and congratulated the organizers and exhibitors on their efforts.
This exhibition was first ever real estate show organized to cater Northern Emirates exclusively. Both the days, the exhibition was attended by local population, investors and agents in great numbers.
People showed enthusiasm in buying properties from Goldcrest. Unique concepts and offerings attached to projects were well-received and welcomed by end-users, such as: Dreams is available at 1,999 AED per month, Dreams 2 has three years 8% rental guarantee, Dreams 3 is the first smart and fully furnished home in Ajman and Business Vistas is one of the only four commercial towers in Emirates city providing best amenities and lake view.
