Star Giga Establishment launches AED 700 million Goldcrest Dreams in Ajman

Project to offer buyers first-of-its-kind five-year interest-free self-finance option directly from the developer.

Star Giga Establishment Limited, a joint venture between ETA Star Property Developers and Mazyood Giga International, has announced the launch of Goldcrest Dreams, an AED 700 million freehold residential property development in Ajman, at a press conference held at the Goldcrest Tent located next to Ex-Oasis Centre on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai. The move follows the resounding success of the Jumeirah Lake Towers-based Goldcrest Views 2, Goldcrest Executive in Dubai and Pearl Residence in Ajman.

Goldcrest Dreams comprises of four residential towers with a total of 1,600 one and two bedroom apartments. Each tower will have ground plus four levels of parking and twenty-five floors of residential units.
